Personalised cancer vaccines · Made in the USA

What if your own cancer could teach your immune system how to fight it?

Every tumour carries mutations no healthy cell has. We read them, choose the ones your immune system can see, and make a vaccine for you alone. In America, in weeks, not months.

What is it

A vaccine made for one person.

Most vaccines prevent infection. A personalised cancer vaccine works differently. It trains the immune system to recognise the specific mutations in one patient's tumour, so it can find and attack cancer cells that carry them.

No two vaccines are the same, because no two cancers are the same.

How is it made

From biopsy to vaccine.

  1. STEP 01Sequence. We compare DNA from the tumour and from healthy cells to find mutations unique to the cancer.
  2. STEP 02Select. AI ranks which mutated fragments the immune system is most likely to recognise.
  3. STEP 03Make. We manufacture the vaccine on demand, under quality controls, in our US facility.
  4. STEP 04Treat. The patient's care team gives the vaccine, often alongside existing immunotherapy.
Why America

A batch of one should never wait on an ocean.

For a personalised vaccine, speed and traceability matter more than scale. We are building on-demand manufacturing in the United States, close to the patients it serves.

Each question opens in ChatGPT for an independent, plain-language answer. Then bring what you learn to us, or to your oncologist.

Questions open in a new tab on chatgpt.com. AI answers can be wrong. They are a starting point, not medical advice.
